India reports 986 other Covid-19 deaths surpasses 104,000

New Delhi, Oct 7 (Prensa Latina) India reported on Wednesday 72,049 infections and 986 deaths from Covid-19, to remain the second hardest-hit nation globally by the current pandemic.
So far, the country accumulates 6,757,131 cases and 104,555 deaths from this contagious disease, causing the novel SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.
Meanwhile, at least 5,744,693 people have been recovered from Covid-19 in India, so the national recovery rate is 85%, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare informed.
